• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change based on actual site conditions
• Not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties
• Based on information provided by the client at the time of estimate

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project contracts. Generally, projects require a deposit to commence work, with progress payments due at specified milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.

Licensing and Insurance

MGM Construction is a licensed and insured contractor in the State of California. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all construction activities and can provide proof of insurance upon request.

Warranty

MGM Construction stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be included in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty.
